Ministry Staff and teachers shared their knowledge of the Learning Pathway materials and how they use them to plan and guide instruction. Below are the recordings and slides shared during our After School PD Sessions in April. Please take some time to check out these resources.
BC Learning Pathways is a series of resources that help teachers develop students’ literacy and numeracy skills. The K-4 Foundational Learning Progressions align directly to the English Language Arts and Math curriculum and describe what proficient students look like when they are demonstrating foundational skills in reading, writing, oral language, and math. The K-12 Cross Curricular Learning Progressions describe how students can develop proficiency in literacy and numeracy in all areas of the curriculum.
